■ 用途 Usage
本產(chǎn)品適用于交流額定電壓（U0/U）0.6/1kV系統(tǒng)的輸配電線路
This product is sultable for use in rated AC voltage（U0/U）0.6/1kV system transmitting and distributing circuit.
■ 使用特性 Property for use
1. 既有遠(yuǎn)優(yōu)于PVC絕緣電纜的所有特性指標(biāo)，有克服了物理交聯(lián)和其他化學(xué)交聯(lián)的弊端，并且完全達(dá)到或超過了GB及IEC規(guī)定的技術(shù)特性值。
It is for better than all property targets of PVC insulated power cable and has overcome the short comings of physical and chemical cross-linkage,and completely reaches or surpasses GB and IEC technical property value.
2. 電纜導(dǎo)體最高允許工作溫度為90℃；應(yīng)急超載工作溫度為130℃；短路時（5s）導(dǎo)體最高溫度為250℃。
The allowed max. cable conductor work temperature is 90℃；urgent excess work temperature is 130℃ for short circult(5s),max. conductor temperature is 250℃.
3. 電纜敷設(shè)時的環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)不低于0℃，如在0℃一下敷設(shè)，應(yīng)對電纜預(yù)熱。
The environmental temperature for laying cable should be not less than 0℃,if alying under 0℃,the cable should be preheated.
4. 電纜彎曲半徑為：單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑的12倍；多芯電纜不小于電纜外徑的10倍。
The cable bend radius for single core should be not less than 12 times of overall cable diameter；for multi-core cable,not less than 10 times of overall cable diameter.
5. 載流量大，敷設(shè)不受落差限制。
The current-carrying capacity is large and not limited by drop during layig.

IEC推薦的載流量大為降低，截面選擇宜適當(dāng)放大。
The screen-coppeer-tape and steel wire (including all copper wire for magnetism seperation) of single-core steel wire armored power cable for AC system must be connectted to earth well and effectivity.
The current carying capacity is calculated by formulas of IEC.It is advised in the new edition of GB/T12706 that the current carrying capacity of steel wire armored power cable with special structure is lower than that in IEC standard,so the cross-section should be enlarged appopriately.
■電纜敷設(shè)運行條件 Installation and Operation Condition of Cable
在空氣中敷設(shè) In air
1. 單芯電纜平行敷設(shè)時中心距離：185mm2及以下為電纜直徑的2倍；240mm2及以上為90mm。
2. 周圍環(huán)境空氣溫度：30℃。
3. 導(dǎo)體的長期最高工作溫度：90℃。
1. The distance between cable centers of single-core cables laid in paralled:cross sectional area of conductor ≤185mm2: 2 times of the cable diameter;cross-sectional area of conductor≥240mm2:90mm.
2. Ambient air temperature:30℃.
3. Max. contionous operating temperature of conductor:90℃.
